The charming 4 star superior hotel Palmenwald is located on a 20,000 square meter park. The hotel was originally built in 1895 by the entrepreneur and mission doctor Paul Lechler as a spa house. The listed building, built in Art Nouveau style, was extensively renovated over the years. The hotel has already served several times as a film set for the popular TV series ''Der Schwarzwaldhof''.
